Within Mohawk People there is one major enemy to the fundamental growth of the Mohawk Nation. There is one major factor that keeps the Traditional people from forming as a unit, and working as it government.

This factor is the Canadian Governments Elected Band system that was instituted by Canada to Eliminate and control Indian people. It was designed to assimilate, facilitate and decentralize Indian people. And for over 100 years it has been doing just that, KILLING Indian people.

The Band Council System has eroded the system of government within all Iroquois Territories. It has removed the validity of the Chiefs because they are the one's, Canada Talks to. It constanty Eroded the Iroquois peoples thinking by waving funding and jobs in peoples faces. It has eroded the Traditional system by constantly telling Traditional people what to do and traditional people believe we have to listen to them.

The Band Council System has and Iroquois peoples insane belief in it, have removed scores of Iroquois people from being a Nation of people to being towns of Indians. They have removed themselves from the title of being Iroquois people to being just "Mohawks of".

But Lest we forget, the Band Council System within all Iroquois Territories will legalize Iroquois People out of existence. There will be no Mohawk Nation, there will be no Mohawk Sovereignty and certainly no Mohawk Culture left. And if anyone things this will not happen, your dreaming.

Canada's Plan is to get rid of the "Indian Problem" and across Canada Native Nations are disapearing faster than people can even notice. They are becoming subject to the Crown of Canada. They are becoming Tax paying Canadians, with no regards to what Nation they are from.

Unless things Change and there is a true return to Traditional Government in Iroquoia. I bid my half my people, if not more a slow goodbye.

For those whom choose to remain faithful to the League and continue to be a member of the Haudenosaunee Six Nations Iroquois Confederacy, I give you my time and if needed my blood.

Thus the League will rise again..... Maybe not in my life time but those whom destroy it now, their children will pay the price of its erosion, its destruction and forever be shamed by there elders deeds.
