If a nation, part of a nation, or more than one nation within the Five
Nations should in any way endeavor to destroy the Great Peace by neglect
or violating its laws and resolve to dissolve the Confederacy, such a nation
or such nations shall be deemed guilty of treason and called enemies of
the Confederacy and the Great Peace. " a
very simple and clearly written statement. Anyone neglects, or violates
his or her duty to uphold our laws is commiting treason, doesn't take a
rocket scientist to figure this out.
- Its to bad many people do neglect and violate
the great law. They commit crimes against people, they don't believe in
their constitution and some outright do not recognize it.
- Today one organization stands out as the leading
body that both by neglect and violation commits treason to the Six Nations
and the Confederacy. That organization is the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake
in which has commited 108 years of treason by just existing here within
the territory of the Mohawk Nation.
- Why does it commit treason? The Mohawk Coucil
of Kahnawake commits treason in several ways.
- First, is is a Indian Act sanctioned organization
that was forced on our people over 100 years ago. Especially when we already
had our own Traditional government.
- Second, it still is an institution of the Canadian
Government, fully funded by the Department of Indian Affairs.
- Thirdly, its governmental structure is in no
way, shape or form related to the Great Law of Peace(Iroquois Constitution).
- Lastly, no one within the Mohawk Nation Territories
ever relinquished any authority to the Indian Agents, Mohawk Council of
Kahnawake or Indian Affiars Canada to govern ourselves. Nor do they still
have any rights to even say they represent Mohawks of Kahnawake or this
Territory.

- So as far as I'm concerned the organization called
the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake is an enemy of the Confederacy and is commiting
treason at this
moment.
- Thus, after having our culture banned, our elders
sent to boarding schools and our language almost killed. I say once
and for all we start following the Great Law and the first warning be given
to the organization called the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake and they remove
themselves of any Mohawk Nation political representation.
- Further more I suggest if a second warning
is necessary I suggest they be removed from office, and if a further
warning is necessary they as the Great
Law states "be driven from the territory of the Confederacy by
the War Chiefs and his men."

- I suggest the organization then be assimilated
into the Confederacy and be restricted to Administrative operations. No
one from that day forth from that office should be allowed to represent
the Mohawk Nation or any part of the Mohawk Nation.
- I also call for a process of non-violence, as
force shall only be used in defence. Though the War Chief should be ready
with his men in case the great white man decides to use his police or army
to crush Mohawk peoples assertion of a true sovereignty, and a real democracy.
